What we collect
When you book a consultation or send us a message we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of tile you are looking for and a preferred date. We collect nothing else, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. These are used to keep the site available and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange delivery and keep you updated while your order is being picked. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed orders are kept for six years so we can trace a batch if a shade query comes up later, and to meet our accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address on our contact page or call the number in the footer and we will action the request within thirty days.

This site uses only the cookies required to make pages load and forms work. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling.
